"Liz,
I spend a lot of time writing letters to combat specism
so when I find other souls doing the same, it restores my
soul! Your struggle for the four legged, winged ones, and
all other beings are a testimony of Creators loving
intent. You are a soldier of compassion and an army
within yourself. I
don't know where the Iraq war, gang violence, school house
shootings,or spousal abuse ends but I can tell you where
it begins. It begins with indifference toward the most minnuscule
of existance. Liz, your real art is passion! Many
Blessings from our home to yours, Chipa & Ruby Wolfe

Hey
Liz! We
got the shirts yesterday!!! I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!! They are
a million times more beautiful than I even pictured! I can't
thank you enough!!!!! I gave one to the humane officer,
Cindy, who seized Cody. She LOVED it! If it wasn't for her,
Cody could be dead right now. Thanks again, we love the
shirts and hope for much success in using them for fundraising!

Liz,
who will no doubt give me a rash of sh_t for gushing such
unchecked admiration, is by every measure a renaissance
woman. During her work day, and for far too long,
this animal rights revolutionary makes her ends meet as
a telecommunications industry dynamo; opening up new territory
for cutting-edge telephony technologies and being called
upon to transform corporate breakdowns into policy breakthroughs.
(read: they dont deserve her!) But in
her off hours, whether working with whales,
doing wildlife rescue and public education via a nature
center in the woods of Georgia or rendering the most vibrant
and unforgettable animal portraits, any given week will
find Lizs dedication to animal health, rescue and
rights projection delivering more, often life-saving, love
to animals than most us contribute in a lifetime.Almost
all that Liz accomplishes, in the face of often very challenging/life-critical
causes, is done with the cooperation of ONLY A HANDFUL of
ordinary, humble, hardworking people

STEP.
I say ordinary people but of course i am speaking
of people with such passion for the health, safety, and
protection of creatures everywhere that they are nothing
less than absolute heros. Heres to you Liz,
to
your team, your projects, your causes: may you feel today
fed, lifted, even if only just a little fulfilled by the
gratitude of people you may never meet for the good you
have done that we may never know. -david http://www.equilife.org

"Congratulations, Liz - How
exciting for you to be honored with the cover and story
on Animal World Magazine in this way for the wonderful
work that you do. May you continue to enact your gifts
for the other than human creatures to whom we are so intimately
related."
Love, Peter
I
thought I would share this with you all (actually, it
is Melanie's story so she may add/correct it). When Melanie
brought Gaia (the seized/neglect baby) to me this evening,
she was wearing her "Monty" T-shirt. Spencer
(my husband) hadn't seen it before and really admired
it. She told me that they had been at the store/gas station/something
on the way to bring me Gaia and someone was watching her
- watching her shirt! So she talked to the girl, who loves
horses and loved the shirt, and the girl got info about
LSER. SOOO - wear those T-shirts and tell more people
about LSER! :)

there were 100's of things to purchase we sold 30 shirts!
What a great day of one day sales!. Thanks again!

"These
are beautiful paintings... what strikes me is the intimacy
of expression, the boldness in color choice and funky elements".

"Liz
this is a very special painting for me.........not only
is it special because it was created by a true friend,
but because it holds very special memories for me. I've
had three dogs in my adult life, all special in their
own way. My first special girl Bailey passed away in January
of 2000 after a long battle with Lymphoma, which left
me with one, Dawson. Then like all miracles in life, another
one found it's way into my home and my broken heart....her
name is Daisy. Liz has captured the true personalities
of all three of my dogs (The
Three Girls ~ Bailey, Dawson and Daisy)
through the colors and images in
her painting. This painting is a wonderful memory of my
girl that's gone and a tribute to the two that are here
with me now... it makes me smile and laugh every time
I look at it".

"Vibrant
colors, bold brush strokes, truly original! I can feel
Liz's love for each animal in her work. She has the gift
to see into their souls and reflect that on the canvas."

"I
have been a huge admirer, fan and cheerleader of Liz's
work since I met her just over 4 years ago. Liz is one
of the most self-determined, loyal and compassionate people
I have had the privilege to call my friend. She reflects
these qualities in all aspects of her art work. She paints
from her heart and somehow manages to convey these images
on canvas in a brilliant and colorful way. Her paintings
decorate my house and my friends and family proudly wear
her Wildlife T-shirts and I have also been the recipient
of her beautiful and thoughtful handmade greeting cards
displaying her paintings. My hope is that many of you
who visit her site will feel the same way that I do."
K Smith, Atlanta Georgia
"I
am absolutely crazy about your paintings they are truly
remarkable. Your work captures the spirit of the animals
in a way that retains their dignity...I can't say that
I've ever seen anything its equal; and, I was so impressed
by the way in which you managed to be informative without
being overbearing--an incredibly difficult balance given
the emotional content. I find that there is a certain
intelligence and subtle joy in each of these paintings."
